At what radius this pipes can be safely bend and what tool do i need?
The safe bending radius for a 6mm heat pipes is 3 x the diameter, so 18-20mm is the recommended minimum. There are various tooling available for bending heat pipes you can find online but unfortunately, we do not supply any.

How many heat pipes do I get when purchasing this item? Is it only a single one or is it a set?
They come packed in a tube containing 4 heat pipes of the specific length selected.

Product Description
Streacom HP6 heat pipes bring the quality and performance of our commercial grade cooling components to the DIY consumer.
HP6 heat pipes are intended for use in DIY projects to create custom cooling and thermal transfer solution. Supplied straight, in a set of 4pcs and available in 4 different lengths, they can be formed (with the proper tools and care), adding bends to thermally couple different surfaces.
They feature a 6mm outer diameter, pure copper construction with a sintered wick and uses de-ionised water as the working fluid.
