Updates for global logistics issues

**UPDATED 24/03/2026**

Why your shipment is delayed

We are currently seeing longer transit times for orders entering the United States. This is due to two major global events that have caused a surge in delivery times across the entire industry.

1. Increased US Customs Inspections (Operation 5H)
US Customs and Border Protection has recently launched a special enforcement program known as Operation 5H. This program focuses on a high level of document review for all electronics and hardware shipments arriving from China. Unlike standard random checks, these inspections require a detailed audit of paperwork before any cargo is released. This new process has created a significant backlog at major entry points, adding several days to the clearance window for both air and sea shipments.

2. Global Air Freight Congestion
The recent closure of the Strait of Hormuz has disrupted 20 percent of global maritime trade. To bypass the sea blockade, many international companies have shifted their cargo from ships to planes. This sudden move has filled up global air freight capacity and led to regional airspace closures. As a result, even express air shipments are facing delays due to airport congestion and rerouted flight paths.

What we are doing
Our team is working daily with our logistics partners to ensure all documentation is perfectly aligned with the new 5H requirements to avoid further holdups. Your order is fully compliant and is simply waiting for its turn in the queue.

We understand this wait is frustrating and appreciate your patience as we navigate these external challenges. We will send a notification the moment your tracking status updates.
