Refund policy
In compliance with local law, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. The item must have been purchased directly from our online shop, and you may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee Policy
- If you cancel your order after it has shipped but we are able to recall the package (before it is handed over to international shipping), a restocking fee of 5 EUR will apply.
- If the package cannot be recalled and is delivered, you may return the goods within 14 days at your own shipping cost, but no restocking fee will be charged—provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and with all accessories.
- If returned goods are missing original packaging or any included accessories, a restocking fee will apply.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our contact form, selecting the sales department and including your order details. Let us know the reason for your return so we can advise on the best procedure for your situation.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
- Please use an appropriate shipping service to protect the item from damage during return transit.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return reference number and return address. Do not send any items back before receiving this information.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customised products (e.g. personalised laser engraving)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
