Shipment Processing Time
Most items are shipped from our facility in China and typically arrive within 6–8 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors such as customs clearance. For some shipments, local postal services may be used, which do not always provide tracking updates once the package is transferred to them. This is normal and no action is required unless there is no tracking activity for more than 7 working days—if that happens, please contact us and we’ll follow up on your delivery.
During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by 1–2 working days as we work through the backlog, but most orders are processed within 48 hours. If we anticipate any significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to explain the reason and discuss the best course of action.
Please also consider national and international holidays, which may affect processing and delivery times. We will notify customers of any holidays affecting our China warehouse in the top banner section of the store before you place an order. However, we cannot account for every international holiday, so please allow for any national holidays in your location that could delay delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, volume, delivery time, and your delivery location. If you believe there is an error in the calculated price, please contact us before placing your order.
Most items are shipped from our facility in Guangdong, China. As shipments are international and subject to export/import procedures and possible disruptions to international freight, delivery times are estimates based on our experience. Occasionally, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s) as clickable links. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours, however, for some international destinations, can take up to 5 working days. Tracking will be updated by the third-party logistics provider as new information becomes available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Streacom is not responsible for any import customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
As items are shipped internationally, please consider this when ordering high-value items. Customs procedures and applicable import duties/taxes vary by country and item value. For reference, you can check the De minimis values for your country (the threshold below which no duty or tax is charged and clearance procedures are minimal).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, shipping company policy requires that the recipient initiates the claim directly with the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and take clear photos of the damage—including the packaging and, if possible, any evidence of mishandling during transit. We’re happy to assist you with the claims process by providing any necessary documentation or support from our side, but the claim must be started by you as the recipient. Prompt action and thorough evidence will help ensure the best possible outcome.
