SG10 Coldplate Kit
Description
Designed for use with the SG10, the coldplate kit is available in several different models to support a wide range of video cards. The kit consists of a machined aluminium coldplate that allows the SG10 Evaporator to mount to the GPU PCB, cooling the DIE and VRAM.
It also contains various aluminium shims and thermal pads used to attach the VRM heat sinks.
