The majority of our products will be shipping from our facility in China. For most customers this will mean international shipping and is therefore subject to possible delays and import duties.
We have taken measures to use the best possible service available to us and in most cases the delivery time stated will be accurate but we do ask customers to understand and consider that logistics can sometimes be subject to delays, especially in light of the somewhat turbulent times that we live in.
