Shipment processing time

Most items are shipped from our facility in China and typically get delivered in 6-8 working days, but this can it take longer depending on your location and delays such as customs clearance. For some shipments, local postal services are used that do not always generate tracking information once the package has been transferred to them. This is normal and no action is required unless there is a lack of activity for more than 7 working days, in which case please contact us and we will follow up on the delivery.

If we are experiencing a high order volume, processing may be delayed by 1-2 working days as we work through the backlog, but typically an order will be processed within 48 hours. If we do anticipate any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to explain the reason and discuss the best course of action to meet your requirements.

National and international holidays should also be considered. We will notify customers of any holidays that will delay the processing of your order from our China warehouse in the top banner section of the store so that you are aware of this before placing an order. We will not be able to do this for every international holiday, so please allow for any national holidays in your location that could delay the delivery.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight/volume, delivery time and your delivery location. If you believe there is an error in the calculated price, please contact us before placing the order.

Most items will be shipped from our facility in Guangdong, China. As the shipments are international and subject to export and import procedures as well as disruptions to international freight, the delivery times we give are an estimate. This estimate is based on our experience with previous deliveries but it should be noted that delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) in the form of a clickable link. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours and will be updated by the 3rd party logistics agent as new information becomes available.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Streacom is not responsible for any import customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

As items will be shipped internationally, it is important to take this into consideration when ordering high-value items. Depending on the item and value threshold, different countries will have their own customs procedures and applicable import duty/taxes. For reference, here is a list of De minimis values for each country (a valuation ceiling for imports below which no duty or tax is charged and the clearance procedures are minimal.)

 

Damages

Streacom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim in order to provide evidence when filing the report.
